World Obesity Day 2025: "Changing System, Healthier Lives"

They work to challenge misconceptions, highlight the risk factors, and promote practical solutions to tackle this issue. TIPS TO PREVENT OBESITY: 1. Choosing a healthier diet enriched with fruits, vegetables, healthy fats and protein. 2. Limiting unhealthy foods such as potatoes, sweets, red and processed meat. 3. Limiting unhealthy beverages (sugary drinks and sodas etc.) 4. Avoiding sedentary lifestyle, physical activity by limiting screen time and other "sit time". TIPS FOR STAYING HEALTHY: 1. Having balanced diet 2. Staying hydrated 3. Exercising regularly 4. Getting enough sleep 5. Limiting alcohol and avoiding smoking 6.
